Last Fall, Dean Wright sold us 780 square feet of Karastan Cavallino wall-to-wall carpet, which was expertly installed by Steve Nohrer
and Chris Helton.
This Spring, those same two carpet installers sold us an additional 1023 square feet of Karastan Cavallino carpet. The order was
written up by Dean Wright, but we purchased this additional Karastan carpet because we were so impressed with the fine craftsmanship of
Steve and Chris. In effect, their exceptional work last Fall motivated us to re-carpet the remaining rooms in our home.
We are extremely satisfied with this beautiful Karastan carpet throughout our entire home, and with the exceptional craftsmanship of Steve
Nohrer and Chris Helton. It was a true pleasure to have them in our home, and to see how well these two gentlemen worked together to give us

We have been customers of McSwain for a few years now. I will be honest
and let you know that we found the same carpet at Home Depot a few
hundred dollars cheaper, but I know that price is NOT the only factor when making a
purchase.
As you know, we had a good experience on the sales end of things, but
when
the carpet came and was installed, it was the wrong color. After
much
discussion with you and your team, we decided to order the same
carpet
again, but this time we requested an approval sample be sent first.
Well,the swatch came back from the mill and it was still the wrong color, so we
decided to go back to the drawing board and pick an entirely new carpet.
We went back to the store and this time we worked with Roseann, who was
fabulous, and to make a long story a bit longer, the NEW carpet came
yesterday. Your installers did a fabulous job, and you and your team did
everything within your power to turn a bad situation into a positive
experience.
Our family room is next on the "remodel list" and we will be back to get
our
carpet from McSwain where we look forward to working with you and
your
team
again!

I recently purchased some laminate. We were told it would take two days for
installation and no, the laminate installers do not work on Saturdays.
From the beginning, you could tell that this crew was not your average
installers. The gentleman who was "in charge," Carl, walked in and asked if
he could look at the job site and then asked me to walk with him so that he
could explain what was going to transpire.
Day two arrived and they (the installers) began in an orderly fashion. I
think they were a little concerned about getting the job done and if they
would have enough materials. Carl kept saying "we'll do whatever it takes to
make you happy." The other two men, Steve and David, never grumbled or
sighed. They came back on Saturday and were just as pleasant and neat as
they were the first day.
Their work was neat, they were pleasant and respectful and I just can't say
enough about them. I wanted to commend them and let you know that they
acted as true "ambassadors" of McSwain's good name and reputation. Thanks so
much, I LOVE my flooring.
